About these terms

These terms are between you and DRIVO LTD ("Drivo", "we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Who can use Drivo

You must be 18 or older. You confirm your date of birth when you sign up and it must be true.

One account per person. An account is a student or a teacher account; either may also join the affiliate programme. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

What Drivo is

Drivo is an education service that helps you learn the Rwandan road traffic rules (Amategeko y'umuhanda mu Rwanda) through lessons, quizzes and tests. It helps you prepare; it does not replace the official theory exam, driving licence process or the law itself. Always check the official texts.

Plans and payment

Plans are priced in Rwandan francs (RWF) as shown on the pricing page and are paid for in advance. Plans are renewed manually; nothing is charged automatically.

Paid access starts only after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Teacher-assigned content may be available to a student without a plan.

Teachers and classes

Teachers decide who joins their class and what they assign. Students in a class see only what the teacher provides. Teachers must not misuse student data.

Affiliate programme

Commission is paid only on confirmed first-time purchases and not on renewals or on pending, failed, cancelled or unconfirmed payments. Payout rules are published in your affiliate dashboard. We may withhold commission for fraud or self-referral.

Acceptable use

Do not share your account, copy or resell Drivo content, attempt to access answers or data you are not entitled to, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Content and intellectual property

Drivo's lessons, questions, design and software belong to DRIVO LTD or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you have access.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Drivo available and accurate, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for exam or licence results. Nothing here limits rights you have under Rwandan law that cannot be limited.

Some features may be switched off for maintenance, including payments.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Questions: info@drivo.co.rw.
